I remember wanting to get sick as a kid and was healthy as anyone I ever knew then and it made me mad I could never get sick while my sister was always sick.. Now I'm the one sick and my sister's healthy.. Be careful what you wish for I guess..
We had a 'peg leg' kid in my neighborhood so he always got to bat in baseball and someone else ran for him and he would knock it out of the field almost every time up..Amazing the little things you remember watching a movie about kids.. ;)

SUPER GREAT MOVIE!!!

This is a really wonderful story. It was engaging, entertaining, enjoyable, funny, wholesome, honest and sensitive. A Family-friendly WINNER!



FYI: The last few minutes of the end are cut off on the streaming on-screen version, but it happens so close to the end you can guess what the narrator was going to say, and it does NOT affect the overall enjoyment value of the movie.
